Chelsea's De Bruyne on his way to Wolfsburg for 16million Pounds

Wolfsburg are set to complete the signing of Chelsea midfielder Kelvin De Bruyne later this week for a fee in the region of 16million pounds.
The Belgium midfielder has found his opportunities limited at Stamford Bridge after spending last season on loan at Werder Bremen in Germany.
He is expected to sign a five year deal. His departure could potentially open the door for Chelsea to re-sign Benfica Midfielder Nemanja Matic . The Serbian was sold to Benfica January in 2011 as part of the deal that brought David Luiz to London.
