Arsenal signs Kim Kallström

Arsenal have completed the signing of Kim Kallström from Sparta
Moscow on a 6 months loan deal. The 31 year old Swedish international
midfielder spent his best years in the all conquering Lyon side that
won seven straight ligue 1 titles. He was part of the Lyon squad that
got to the semi finals of the champions League in 2010. The left
legged player comes with reputation of being a dead ball specialist.

He comes at a time Arsenal are struggling with injuries in Midfield
after Aaron Ramsey was ruled out for six weeks. And Flamini was
suspended for three matches. Added to that Jack Wilshere's recurrent
ankle problems.

Speaking on his arrival, the Swedish international said:

"I'm here to do my best for Arsenal and to help out the team, so we
can achieve good results for the last part of the season."
