Everton v Arsenal Teams: Ozil, Alexis and Lacazette start together for the first time

Arsenal are at Goodison Park in the first match of the Premier League
programme this Sunday.

The Gunners are searching for their first away win of the season
against a misfiring Everton side that has endured a difficult start to
