EFL Cup 4th round draw: Arsenal to play Norwich City, Chelsea to host Everton

The fourth round of the English League Cup has been conducted after
tonight's third round matches.

Arsenal are to host Norwich City at the Emirates after their 1-0 win
over Doncaster.

Following their 5-1 win over Nottingham Forest, Chelsea will host
Everton in an all Premier League tie.

While Manchester United's reward for beating Burton 4-0 is a date with
Swansea at the Liberty Stadium.

The ties would be played between October 23-24
